Kailir, Inc. respects your right to delete your account and associated data. Use this page to request full deletion of your Kailir account.
How to request deletion

Sign in to your Kailir account
You must be signed in so we can verify which account to delete. If you aren't signed in, the button below will take you to login first.

Tap "Request Account Deletion"
This opens the deletion flow in your Profile (Account → Danger Zone → Delete Account).

Confirm by typing DELETE
To prevent accidental deletion, you'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm your request.

We take it from there
Your listings are deactivated immediately, your account is flagged for deletion, and our team is notified. You'll be signed out and receive a confirmation email.

Prefer to keep your account?
You can request deletion of your personal data — listings, bookings, messages, favorites, reviews, and vehicles — while keeping your Kailir login active. Your data is purged within 1 year; your account stays so you can continue using Kailir.
Data that will be deleted
When your deletion request is processed, the following personal data associated with your account is scheduled for permanent deletion and purged within 1 year of your request:
- Profile information (name, photo, company name)
- All parking spot listings you created
- Booking history (guest and host)
- Messages and conversations
- Saved favorites and saved searches
- Reviews you submitted
- Registered vehicles
- Saved payment methods
- Notification preferences and history
Data we retain, and for how long
Certain records are kept as required by law or to resolve open matters, then permanently deleted:

Before you delete
Resolve any active or upcoming bookings first — we can't process refunds or complete ongoing stays after your account is deleted. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you only want to stop hosting, you can deactivate your listings from the Host Dashboard without deleting your account.
